2007-03-20 Competition WON

Pine Valley Packaging was invited by Daimler Chrysler to participate in an industry wide design competition to develop a returnable pack for JC 49 Glass Rim Channels to be shipped to Mexico.

The pine Valley Packaging design proved to be a winner based on the following criteria:

Part density
Part orientation
Overall foot print and pack height
Pack can ship stacked 2 high in standard truck
Number of packs per truck load
Part protection
Part cost
