Pine Valley Packaging is committed to ensuring that our customer service policy ensures that all customers including those with disabilities are treated with the utmost respect and dignity.
Pine Valley Packaging is committed to training its staff in accessible customer service in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code that concerns persons with disabilities. - Assistive Devices – Persons with disabilities may user their assistive devices when accessing our facility.
- Communication– We will communicate with persons with disabilities in a manner that considers their disability e.g., telephone, e-mail or in person.
- Service Animals– Persons with disabilities that require service animals are allowed in the areas of our facility that are open to the public. For safety reasons, service animals are prohibited from: the production floor, shipping/receiving area.
- Support Persons– Any person with disabilities is welcome to be accompanied by a support person when attending our facilities.

Pine Valley Packaging is committed to meeting the needs of its employees, customers, and vendors with disabilities. We will continue to ensure that barriers to accessibility are removed on an on-going basis and that we fulfill our obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. Our plan will be updated at least once every 5 years. We will continue to train employees on any changes to the requirements.
