Our History

Founded in 1985 and incorporated in 1986, Pine Valley Packaging Ltd. has earned a reputation for providing customers with superior custom packaging designs at high quality yet competitive prices. Our Supplier Performance Reports from customers are consistently rated as being excellent.

In 2000, we entered into the disaster shelter market and Uniflex Manufacturing was incorporated. Fabricated in various types and sizes, our Uniflex shelters are built in our Uxbridge facility and shipped worldwide in order to serve organizations on an as-needed basis.

In 2002, we incorporated our Sewn Division, which opened our product offering to include custom returnable hanging dunnage bags, protective curtains, and tote liners.

In the spring of 2003, we moved to our new 80,000 square feet manufacturing facility in Uxbridge, Ontario, just minutes away from Canada’s largest city – Toronto. The PVP , facility includes a 30,000 square feet outdoor compound and a fully-equipped design lab.

Also in 2003, we became ISO 9001:2000 certified. This was an exciting milestone for Pine Valley Packaging as this serves as a recognition of our high quality standards and control, as well as the fruit of our continuous improvement initiatives. We continue to quest for more efficient processes with our quality control team that includes a Quality Assurance Manager and four full-time inspectors.
